Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be from 2026 batch only
- Must have a 3-year undergraduate degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom)
- Minimum 50%–60% marks required depending on role
- No active backlogs at the time of application or joining
- No rounding off marks allowed (e.g., 59.9% is not 60%)
- Candidates pursuing full-time postgraduate programs are not eligible
- Must be flexible to work in shifts and relocate if required
- Open to Indian nationals or OCIs residing in India
- Candidates must carefully check eligibility before applying, as non-compliance with criteria may lead to rejection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SQL queries and database operations
- Support application testing (manual and basic automation)
- Handle IT service management tools and resolve tickets
- Monitor and maintain systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Work with cloud and enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
